Achievements:
- Established over 1 Lakh sq.ft area for start up centers in the BPO field. The projects
were mainly start ups. This included vendor management, issue of tenders, negotiations
and selection. which includes all features of the BPO to be incorporated from designing
the interiors to technology and on to operations
- Handled projects like tele – radiology, where technical architecture, security of
data with speed download was the key to the project.
- Completed a project with an RPO on re-engineering of their process to increase productivity
