be the TTSL Interface towards VSNL for the entire Project and O&M on a National

VSNL was entering a new Business i.e. National Long Distance. I was deputed from
TTSL to lead the Implementation and O&M of those Portions of the Network which were
new to VSNL.

Scope:

Starting from “green-field”, Operationalizing 9800kM of Fiber Optic
Back Bone from Amritsar to Trivandrum, in less than 2 years. Strategizing and Implementing
the Project and the O&M activities.

Writing the Process Manual, recruiting and training the team.

Reduced the Construction time by 56%

Strategized& Deployed the O&M activity, resulting into a cost saving of 44%
